The deal.
Using OpenACK
By using openack.co or our MCP server you agree to these terms. If you're using it for a company, you're agreeing for that company too.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to it secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
Submitting a product
- You must own the product, or be allowed by its owner to list it and have it tested.
- Give us a dedicated test account, not your own account and not one with real customers' data in it. By starting an evaluation, you let our evaluator sign in and use the product the way a normal user would.
- Your claims must be your honest description of what the product does. You're responsible for what you submit.
How evaluations work
- An agent drives a real browser and tries each claim. A person reviews every result before it's published.
- A capability is "confirmed" only if our evaluator saw it work. Anything we couldn't check is "not confirmed", never assumed.
- We never get around CAPTCHAs or bot protection. If we're blocked, the result says so.
- We may decline to evaluate or publish a product, for example if it's unlawful, harmful or misleading.
Fees
Evaluations are free during early access. If that changes, you'll see the price before you pay. The fee pays for the review, not for a result: a capability can fail, and we'll publish that it did.
Listings
You let us show your product's name, description, claims and reviewed results on openack.co and through our MCP server. We may correct or remove a listing that's misleading or breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use OpenACK to attack, overload or get unauthorized access to anything, including the products listed here, and don't scrape the site in ways that harm it.
No guarantees
Results describe what our evaluator saw during one evaluation. Products change, so a result can go out of date. OpenACK is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made on the basis of a listing.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change matters, we'll tell signed-in founders by email.
