Forminit is a hosted form backend, renamed from Getform in January 2026. It receives submissions from HTML forms or its JavaScript SDK, stores them with uploaded files, and runs a per-form workflow that can email, route and classify each submission. It is aimed at developers and teams running static sites and web apps.
